What you'll need:
1/2 c vanilla wafer crumbs
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 (6 oz) can frozen orange juice
1 (6 oz) package or semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (6 oz) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups of miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup of light corn syrup
Spread crumbs evenly over the bottom of 8x8x2 pan
Soften ice cream; blend in juice of mushy consistency. Spread evenly over crumbs. Freeze.
Combine remaining ingredients; heat & stir over hot water until mixture is smooth (going to assume she means use a double boiler) Cool. Poor over frozen orange juice mix and freeze until firm.
Cut into squares. Serves 12.
