Here's what you'll need:
5 pounds of large potatoes
3 ounce package of cream cheese
1 cup of dairy sour cream
2t of onion salt
1t of salt
1/4t of pepper
2T of butter or margarine
Cook peeled potatoes in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain. Mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Cool. Cover and place in refrigerator. May be used any time within 2 weeks.
To use, place desired amount in greased casserole, dot with butter and bake in oven 350 degrees, until heated through, about 30 mins.
